This choice doesn’t just stand out—it changes how you interact with the platform, especially on wider screens where horizontal space is plentiful. The rest of the interface maintains a clean and professional look, which makes it easy to navigate. 

Although for me, I prefer the sidebar navigation, many other people out there might prefer the wider area for the campaign activities.

It’s great that they focus on educating users, which is essential when you’re tackling a new system. However, I did encounter a hiccup during my experience; a specific video course I was eager to start just wouldn’t open. 

Instead of the expected video tutorial, I was redirected to a “page not found” page. It turns out that the video had been removed entirely, but the link hadn’t been updated in the invitation I received. 

Despite this snag, I still managed to locate the onboarding learning materials at the help center, which helped me get up to speed with the essentials of Omnisend email marketing and other features. They have a really good team of customer service, too, who helped me get started.

Log In Problem

While exploring the user interface and features of Omnisend, I hit a snag—it wouldn’t let me log in. It seemed like a server hiccup on their side, something even the best of platforms can’t always dodge. After several attempts without luck, I decided to give it a little time. 

Sure enough, within an hour, things were back to normal, and I could log in. It’s a good reminder that even with cutting-edge software, a little patience goes a long way when technical issues pop up. However, I still consider this a downside that I don’t experience with other platforms.
